Experience was absolutely fantastic, housekeeping and room service were quick, responsive and very professional. Staff (Vaibhav) was great, rooms were spic and span, food was absolutely delicious, the whole vibe is very peaceful and aesthetic. All in all a great place to enjoy a fun family weekend with your loved ones.

We had a small function arranged in this hotel. The ambience and rooms were clean. Overall the food taste was good. Only problem is that approach road is small and is located inner areas of Hadapsar.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days . The Hotel property is good with ample parking space available. Only problem is that approach road is small and is located inner areas of Hadapsar which sometimes gets jammed due to traffic jams. The rooms are good and spacious and have some basic amenities. The food is super delicious and the service was top notch. Royal Deck is a pleasant open air restaurant serving nice food. However, the breakfast spread is not that great with very few options. Overall a nice and pleasant stay at Moistin.

For family event in banquet Hall: Nice food, Good Service and Worst rude in-house decorator. For my kid's birthday, we had booked Moistin's Banquet Hall. Food was nice, especially pizza, soup. Service was good and cooperative staff. Decoration: We had asked decorator "Lion King" theme in meeting 10days prior with Moistin's in-house decorator. Decorator was excited, committed and ready provide "Lion King" theme. Till last day, he was saying, "yes we are on it and giving you everything you asked for". But on program day, we saw other theme all together, it was Jungle theme. When we said him, this is not "Lion King", he was saying "I did not get cutout for animals in "Lion king", but i did not keep empty space, instead i gave you other animals. Instead of lion, there was tiger, for mir cat=> zebra Wild pig(pumba)=> elephant There was no lion cub(Simba), a hero of theme, in Lion king theme. He is rude person, there was apology for spoiling program. He was not feeling bad about it. Instead he was saying, i had other more animal, it was awesome. #patheticDecorator FYI: for outside decorator, there is royalty chargers in Moistin. In kid's birthday, theme is everything for kids. My boy was sad.
